The Neshaminy Mall’s remaining tenants must vacate the property by October 31, 6ABC reported.

According to their coverage, the mall’s eventual demolition date has not been announced, and plans for the future of the property have not been released.

The property was purchased by Paramount Realty—which owns Noble Town Center in Jenkintown, Greenleaf at Cheltenham, and Dreshertown Plaza in Upper Dublin—and Edgewood Properties in 2024 for $27.5 million. Several anchor tenants will remain open, including the AMC theater, Boscov’s and Barnes & Noble, 6ABC said.

The half-vacant mall was listed for sale in February 2024 by Brookfield Properties, which acquired it in 2018.

In related matters, the Exton Square Mall shut its doors for good on Tuesday, June 30. The mall was purchased by Abrams Realty & Development of Elkins Park for $34.25 million in 2025. Abrams was planning to demolish most of the 53-year-old, 75-acre mall and redevelop the property with more than 600 apartments and townhomes along with shops, restaurants, fitness, entertainment, office space and health care.
