Multiple student-athletes from Cheltenham, Upper Moreland, and Lower Moreland high schools have been named to the Suburban One League 2023 Track & Field All-League American Conference.

Cheltenham High School dominated the Boys First Team with 10 individuals and two teams. Cheltenham, Upper Moreland, and Lower Moreland shared First Team honors for the girls.
