Multiple local players were recognized as members of the 2022-23 The Reporter/Times Herald/Montgomery Media All-Area boys basketball teams.

Horace Simmons of La Salle College High School received Second Team honors.

Jeremiah Lee of Abington High School was named to the Third Team.

The following players received Honorable Mentions:

Upper Moreland High School: Jon Clark; Jenkintown High School: Tommy Walsh; Lower Moreland High School: Ian Alicea & John Kroll; Cheltenham: Josiah Hutson.
