Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Norristown Police Chief Michael Trail are still offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of Ziyker Washington, 20, of Norristown, for the First-Degree Murder of Hamid Boyd on November 30.
Washington is described as 5’8″ tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Police believe he remains in the area, and evidence suggests he has cut off his dreads to change his appearance.
Washington is considered armed and dangerous. Officials advise that anyone who sees him to call 911 instead of approaching.
Mark Fields, 18, of Norristown, and Theodore Adams, 17, of Philadelphia, were arrested December 16 on charges of First-Degree Murder. Officials had offered a $5,000 reward to anyone able to provide information leading to their identity.
Anyone with information about Washington’s whereabouts is asked to call Norristown Police at 610-270-0977 or Montgomery County Detectives at 610-278-3386.
