Judge Henry S. Hilles III has sentenced Pasquale Edward Neri, 63, from Philadelphia, in Montgomery County Court to 10 to 20 years in prison.
Pasquale plead guilty to felony rape of an unconscious person and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance stemming from an incident in November 2019 at the Brookside Nursing Home in Abington.
The victim, a man with Down syndrome, was provided a sedative by Pasquale. Once the victim lost consciousness, Pasquale performed a sex act on him.
