The LaMott Fire Company has protected the residents and property of Cheltenham Township since 1910 and is encouraging citizens to volunteer as a New Year’s resolution. They are looking for volunteer firefighters and/or administrative members.

Members in the firefighter role are primarily responsible for fire suppression and rescue roles. You will be provided with extensive training and state-of-the-art gear to handle the rigors of the fire service. All trainings and certification are free of charge.

The administrative roles available are President, Treasurer, House Committee, Uniform Committee, and Canvassing Committee. They are crucial to the day-to-day operations that keep the LaMott Fire Company operational.
