La Tia Bakery, located at 7782 Montgomery Avenue in Elkins Park (Cheltenham Township), opened for business in mid-November.
The shop serves authentic tres leches and flan and is the former home of DeeGrace Kitchen, which closed over the summer. Before that, it was the home of Frank’s Pizza.
