The Kevin from Heaven Foundation recently announced the 2023 recipients of awards and financial contributions on behalf of the Foundation.

Each year, the Foundation offers a high school scholarship in the name of Philadelphia Police Officer William McConnell. Luke McGonigle of Father Judge High School has been named the Foundation’s 2023 scholarship winner.

The Foundation additionally awarded John, Michele, Brian and Sean of the Silverthorn family with this year’s Wings Award for their family business, Brothers Biscuits.
