The Keswick Village Business Association recently announced that Lilly Hammer, a Temple University student, won the annual Spooky Scarecrow Contest’s basket of seasonal goodies put together by Keswick merchants. 

The winning scarecrow in three out of four categories was created by Custom Picture Framer of Glenside. The details of the contest’s results can be found below:
