A 12-year-old boy was fatally shot around 12:30pm on Saturday in the 1500 block of East Pastorius Street in West Oak Lane, 6ABC reported.

The boy was taken to Einstein Medical Center where he was pronounced dead at 12:51pm, according to their report.

Police are investigating and have not released the boy’s name or age. Investigators said he was with two teenagers when a gun accidentally went off.
