Jenkintown’s The Galman Group names new president

Jenkintown’s The Galman Group has named Brian Paule as their new president. He is succeeding Samuel M. Goldstein, who was the company’s president and Chief Executive Officer since May 2020, and was previously Chief Financial Officer for 32 years.

Paule has been with The Galman Group for 25 years, starting with the company in 1996 as a leasing agent. Paule is a graduate of Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University) and has held various positions within the company including  leadership roles such as Director of Property Management and, most recently, Chief Operating Officer.

“After 25 years at The Galman Group, I am excited and honored to be selected as President of this great company,” Paule said. “I will build upon the solid foundation set by Arnie, Jerry and Sam to further strengthen our position as a leader in the multifamily market in Greater Philadelphia and beyond.”

Over the past 34 years, The Galman Group has grown beyond $1.5 billion in property value and has made major investments in updating and enhancing existing properties throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania. One such investment is coming to fruition in Jenkintown; the Galman Group, has begun transforming The Pavilion complex at 261 Old York Road into what they are calling the Pavilion Town Center. The project will be a mixed-use walkable village that blends residential living with commercial sites.
