Jenkintown Borough will host a Conditional Use Hearing for a proposed apartment building at 459-471 York Road on Monday, November 25 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

“They have all zoning and now require this conditional use for the apartment building,” borough manager George Locke told Glenside Local in an email.

In July, the proposal passed through a conditional land use hearing and appeared before the Zoning Board in August.

The August hearing determined that the development may have up to 40 units, Locke said.
