Niche, an education-centric informational website, ranked Pennsylvania’s public schools in a recent report. Jenkintown School District came in at #41 out of 495 districts across the state, and was named the 27th best district for teachers.

The report considered six criteria in their assessments: academics, diversity, teachers, college prep, clubs and activities, and administration.

Niche awarded Jenkintown schools with an “A” overall score. The district received an “A” for academics, an “B-” for diversity, an “A+” for teachers, an “A+” for college prep, a “A-” for clubs and activities, and a “A-” for administration.
