Jenkintown Borough Hall will be closed today in observance of the Fourth of July holiday. Borough Hall will re-open for its normal business hours on Friday, July 5th at 8:00 AM. If there is an emergency during this time, please dial 911. 

Due to the observance of the Fourth of July holiday, trash and recycling will be collected Saturday, July 6th. Residents are reminded to have all items for collection out by 7:00 a.m. in order to ensure collection.

Parade Route

As a reminder, don’t forget to attend the Annual Fourth of July Celebration sponsored by the Jenkintown Volunteer Fire Department. The annual parade will be held on Thursday, July 4th at 11:30 am, with a rain date of Saturday, July 6th at 11:30 am. 

The Parade will start at Town Square, continue up Leedom Street to Hillside Ave, Hillside Ave to Walnut Street, up Walnut Street to West Ave, then West Ave back to Town Square.  Come for the parade! Stay for the games, free hotdogs and drinks.
