The Jenkintown High School girls’ tennis team is headed to the PIAA District 1 finals with a 13-2 record (8-0 in league play) and a second consecutive Bicentennial Athletic League (BAL) title.

The Lady Drakes finished their regular season with a win over Abington Friends School on Wednesday, October 2 and have been led by seniors Dawnmarie Kotasenski, Evan McCall, and Annie Wilson, juniors Leila Chackin, Caitlyn Levy, and sophomores Grace Boyle, Tally Pizer, and Jane Condran.

In 2023, the team won the BAL team title, the BAL singles title and the BAL doubles title.
