SPS Technologies announced that Highland Avenue (Abington Township) will be intermittently closed during the week of August 18 between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm, rather than the originally planned two-week full closure.

The demolition contractor is expected to safely remove the buildings and structures along the street following the site’s ongoing demolition.

“SPS’s contractor will work to complete the project as efficiently as possible to minimize disruptions,” the website says.
