The Hatboro Police Department announced the arrest of Calvin Cheeze, 25, who has been on Montgomery County’s Most Wanted list since July 2024.
According to the report, Cheeze was arrested on Tuesday, May 13 in Richmond, Virginia with the assistance of the US Marshals Service Task Forces in Philadelphia and The Capitol Area.
He is being housed at an area correctional facility while he awaits extradition, police said.
Cheeze was wanted for sending sexually explicit images to an underage female and urging the juvenile to supply him with nude images of herself, police said. The department received a report on October 17, 2023 which indicated the incident took place at the 200 Block of E County Line Road in Hatboro.
His charges are below:
- CONTACT/COMM W/ MINOR-SEXUAL ABUSE
- UNLAWFUL CONTACT/COMMUNICATION WITH A MINOR (F3)
- SOLICITATION OF PHOTOGRAPH/FILM/DEPICT ON COMPUTER SEX ACT
- OBSCENE AND OTHER SEXUAL MATERIALS AND PERFORMANCES – DISSEMINATION OF EXPLICIT SEXUAL MATERIAL (F3)
- CRIMINAL USE OF COMMUNICATION FACILITY CORRUPTION OF MINORS (M1)
