Harris didn’t reach Biden’s 2020 vote total in Abington, Cheltenham, Jenkintown and Springfield. Trump does slightly better over 2020

Former President Donald Trump pulled a Grover Cleveland and became only the second person to win two non-consecutive terms as President of the United States.

While Vice President Kamala Harris lost Pennsylvania, she did win Montgomery County. If you drill down even further, you will find she also easily won the four communities regularly covered by GlensideLocal.com (Abington, Cheltenham, Jenkintown, and Springfield).

When we woke up Wednesday morning, Montgomery County still had approximately 30,000 absentee and mail-in ballots to count (about 6,000 remain to be counted as of this morning).

While winning over Trump in all four municipalities, Harris did not equal or surpass Biden’s 2020 vote total in any of these municipalities. Trump did slightly better than his 2020 results in Abington, Cheltenham, and Jenkintown, and only missed equaling his 2020 total by eight votes in Springfield.

Below is the breakdown of Harris over Trump locally (unofficial results):
