National Drug Takeback Day will be held from 10:00am to 2:00pmpm on Saturday, October 26.
The following locations will be available in greater Glenside:
- Cheltenham Township Police Dept., PA, 8230 Old York Rd., Elkins Park
- Jenkintown Police Department, 700 Summit Ave., Jenkintown
- Springfield Township Police Department, 1510 Paper Mill Rd., Wyndmoor
Accepted during Drug Take Back Day—and throughout the year at permanent MedReturn boxes—are prescription and over-the-counter tablets and capsules, inhalers, creams, ointments, nasal sprays, pet medicines and vapes (with the battery removed). Not accepted are needles, liquid medications and intravenous or injectable solutions.
