The Villanova Wildcat Spring Invitational will be hosted at LuLu Country Club in Glenside, Pennsylvania on April 10-11. The opening day of the event begins at 8:30am from the first and tenth tees. Day two has a listed start time of 8:00am.
The 16 teams in the field include Binghamton, Bucknell, Colgate, Hofstra, Holy Cross, Iona, Lafayette, La Salle, Lehigh, North Carolina Central, Rider, St. John’s, Rhode Island, Wagner and William & Mary.
The par-71, 6,484-yard course was originally designed in 1912 by Donald Ross, who is credited with nearly 400 course designs including Pinehurst No. 2, Aronimink Golf Club and East Lake GC.
LuLu will host this summer’s Philadelphia Junior Boys’ Championship in June and owns the distinction of the oldest Donald Ross-designed course in Pennsylvania, still retaining the design from over 100 years ago.
Live statistics will be available on GolfStat and live streams are available on College Golf Network, with the first round at this link while the second round will be here.
