A 1.3-acre property located at 200 S Easton Road in Glenside (which has been net leased to Wawa since 2022) has been sold for $7.2 million, rebusinessonline.com reported today.

According to their coverage, Philadelphia-based commercial real estate agency Marcus & Millichap brokered the deal.

“Scott Woodard and Derrick Dougherty of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction,” rebusinessonline.com wrote. The buyer effectively becomes Wawa’s landlord.

The property first went up for sale on Friday, January 19, 2004. The asking price at that time was $7,666,500. The property went up for sale again in July 2024 with an identical valuation.

According to real estate website RedFin.com, the property was last sold on July 15, 2019 for $266,547.
