Gabrielle “Gabby” Zabosky, 25, of Glenside, was featured by NBC10 today for her continued appearances on “The Voice”.
Zabosky performed “Never Tear Us Apart” by INXS which earned her a spot in the show’s knockout round. The episode aired on October 14. Check out the clip:
“This journey has been insane, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me,” she told NBC10. “You really don’t know what to expect every round. Gwen is amazing, she’s like a big sister to me. I think that she gives me so much good feedback, which is all I can ask for in a coach.”
An Oxford native, Zabosky recently performed for her hometown’s first Friday.
“This month’s theme was ‘Hometown Heroes’ so they reached out to me and asked me to come perform,” Zabosky told Glenside Local. “I said, ‘Absolutely, I’ll be there.’ They closed down the whole main street, and as soon as I set foot on it, people started asking me for pictures. I felt famous, it was crazy.”
She performed three songs on stage, the third of which was an encore.
Keep an eye out for her upcoming performances on “The Voice”. The knockout rounds began Monday, November 11. The show airs Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC each week.
