Wyncote Commons’ main building, located at 827 Glenside Avenue in Cheltenham Township, is up for sale for an undetermined amount.

The 92,700 sf building was listed for sale in May 2024 as well.

According to the listing, the property is 100% leased and currently houses Jenkintown Dance Arts, the PITC Institute, Berzin Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Crossfit, Fencing Academy of Philadelphia, among other businesses.

The 4.27-acre lot’s total assessment is $1,547,590.
