The eatery’s parent company, Tica’s Concessions, “specializes in high-volume festival catering, concessions, and immersive food activations”, according to their website.

About owner and chef Mario Sabillon:

Chef Mario, the culinary genius behind Tica’s Tacos, has worked in kitchens since 1999 at the ripe old age of 13. By the age of 20 Mario was a sous chef for a renowned catering operation hosting large scale events. He has continued his career as sous and executive chef at a variety of establishments enhancing his knowledge of all different styles of cooking and types of cuisine. All of these talents have been put heart and soul into Tica’s Tacos.
