Omar “Big O” Cruickshank, owner and head instructor of Crush Crew Jiu-jitsu in Flourtown, will be holding a free self-defense seminar for teenage girls from 6:00pm to 7:30pm on Friday, August 25 at ISOTA, 200 Limekiln Pike in Glenside.
