Flourtown Fire Company’s volunteer house complete, members moving in

The Flourtown Fire Company announced that its new four-person house on Bysher Avenue is finished.

Construction for the house, which sits on property owned by the company since 1946, began in the spring.

Company officials said that volunteer members have started to move in.

“Today Dave from Dave Navo Contracting [pictured above], turned over a beautifully completed house to us,” the company said in a post. “We would like to thank Dave for his professionalism and talent during this process. He and his team of subcontractors attention to detail really show. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”
