Hatboro Events announced that the first annual Hatboro Hat Drop will take place on Wednesday, December 31 from 4:00pm – 6:00pm at the shopper’s lot at South York Road and East Moreland Avenue.

The event will include vendors, music, games, and a dropping of the hat by the Enterprise Fire Company Ladder Truck at 6:00pm sharp, organizers said.

Parking is available in the marked areas below:

“This event is being held in the business district to assist our business owners,” organizers said in a post. “Thank you to the Pennypack Events Committee & Borough Council for hosting this event, Royson Engineering Co. for creating and making the Hat, Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro volunteers for dropping the Hat, and our staff who are giving up personal time on this busy evening to make sure this event happens.”
