Regency at Rydal Woods, a 55+ community at 611 Regency Blvd in Jenkintown, is expected to open by the spring of 2026.

The property exists across from Manor College on Fox Chase Road.

Kerry B., a sales representative, told Glenside Local that the project calls for 150 carriage-style homes priced in the mid-$700,000s. Developer Toll Brothers of Fort Washington is currently clearing the land with construction to follow, she said.

Home designs range from 2,232 to 2,370+ sf with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, first-floor primary suites, lofts, flex spaces, and 2-car garages. Amenities include a clubhouse, a covered patio with an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and a fire pit.

Toll Brothers first announced plans in October. From their post:

Jenkintown borough manager George Locke said this is the first he’s heard of the project, and plans do not exist on Abington Township’s land development page. More details about the community here.
