Estranged husband arrested for murder of Wyndmoor woman pleads guilty, sentenced to life in prison

Kenneth Crisden Shea Jr., 37, of Feasterville-Trevose, pleaded guilty to First-Degree Murder for the fatal stabbing of his estranged wife, Elizabeth Shea, in April, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office announced today.

Shea was immediately sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole, the Office said.

He was held for a trial after a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, May 7 on charges of first-, second-, and third-degree murder, burglary and possessing an instrument of crime in connection with the alleged murder.
