613 W. Cheltenham Avenue, LLC has submitted an application to Cheltenham Township to redevelop 613 W. Cheltenham Avenue and the vacant lot on Coventry Avenue in Elkins Park.

“They’re seeking relief to allow for the redevelopment of the existing building for 1100 square feet of office space for the first floor and four dwelling units on the first and second floors,” Henry Sekawungu, Cheltenham’s Director of Planning and Zoning, said.

The developer is scheduled to come before Cheltenham Township’s Zoning Hearing Board on January 8.
