J34 Development, LLC, equitable owner of the vacant Gentlemen’s Preference barber shop, the vacant Sevan Cleaners, an unimproved parcel and the Suburban Dog Training Club facility in Wyndmoor, is seeking approval from the Springfield Township Zoning Hearing Board to consolidate the four parcels and construct a four-story building.

According to the meeting’s agenda for Monday, August 25, the building will include multiple residential units “and other permitted uses with the B-1 Business District.”

According to property records, the parcels are located at the 1000 block of E Willow Grove Avenue and are zoned within the B-Residential District, D-Residential District, and the B-1 Business District Ward #5.
