Cisco Park Playground in Springfield to close for 2 months for improvements

Springfield Township announced that Cisco Park Playground will be closed to the public to undergo a series of improvements beginning Monday, April 22.

The project is expected to be completed within 6 – 8 weeks, with an anticipated mid-June reopening.

The improvements include the installation of new playground equipment as well as the installation of new rubber safety surface and the construction of a pavilion adjacent to the renovated playground.

To ensure the safety of the public, residents are advised to avoid the playground, as it is an active work zone. This closure will not impact access to Hillcrest Pond or the walking trail.
