The Cheltenham Township Board of Commissioners announced today a special meeting on Tuesday, October 6, to consider terminating the Ground Lease Agreement between Cheltenham Township and Melrose Pool, LLC.

The meeting will be held at 5:30pm via Zoom web conference and in person at the Township Administration Building, 8230 Old York Road in Elkins Park.

The township’s Planning Commission agenda for Monday, September 28 included a discussion of the final land development application and an amended preliminary/final land development application for Phase 1 of the Enclave at Melrose Park project.
