On Monday, October 4, General Asphalt Paving Co. of Philadelphia, a PECO contractor, will begin work to replace existing natural gas equipment in the area of Yew Rd between Township Line Road and Krewson Lane. 

The work will take place between 7:30am and 4:30pm, with a 4 week anticipated completion. As part of the work, PECO or a PECO contractor will need to turn off natural gas service for a short period (4-8 hours) and then connect to the new line. 

PECO will also be relocating indoor natural gas meters to the exterior of the home. No indoor work will not be performed without customer consent; to schedule an appointment, contact Joe Meehan of GAP at 267-688-2170.  
After the project, streets will be repaved and areas restored to original condition.
