Cheltenham School District names Timothy Holman as Director of Facilities and Maintenance

At their October 12th legislative meeting, the Cheltenham board of school directors approved the appointment of Timothy Holman as Director of Facilities and Maintenance. He will begin performing in that capacity on Monday, November 8th.

Prior to his new position, Holman held the same position at the Pennsbury School District.

From the Cheltenham High School website:

At Pennsbury, Holman led a core team of front line supervisors, ensured fiscal accountability, increased productivity of the maintenance mechanics, overhauled the custodial division and streamlined the district’s grounds division. Under Holman’s leadership, Pennsbury earned the Pennsylvania School Business Officials (PASBO) Facilities Gold Award of Excellence in School Facilities.

Holman has attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and programs at Drexel University’s Goodwin College of Professional Studies and University of Pennsylvania (certificate in Global Leadership from the Wharton School of Business). He also has earned his PASBO facilities certification, as well as other certifications and licenses related to facilities, operations, and project management.
