The Cheltenham High School soccer team went 10-8-1 this season and qualified for the District tournament for the first time since 1999.
They lost in their first tournament game to Lower Merion 3-0 on Tuesday, October 24. According to local historian Chuck Langerman, the team won two games in 2022.
The team honored seniors Jake Sullivan, Chris Tomasic, Josh Grady, Michael Brooks, Zachary Feinberg, Vaughn McCain and Nico Yevoli before an October 20 game versus Upper Moreland.

In related news, the Jenkintown Youth Association (JYA) Middle School soccer team traveled to Faith Christian on Wednesday, October 25 to play in the league championship. They won their October 19 semifinal against Calvary Christian.
