The Cheltenham High School Band Program is hosting the 11th Annual Michael Brecker Jazz Showcase & Benefit concert on Thursday, April 25, at 7:00pm in the CHS Little Theater.

The concert will honor Michael Brecker, a 1967 graduate and one of the school’s most successful alumni.

Brecker, a saxophonist, had a tremendous impact on jazz and pop music for decades, earning 15 Grammy Awards and 28 Grammy Award nominations throughout his career.

Featured performers will be the CHS Jazz Big Band and Alumni. Proceeds benefit the Michael Brecker Memorial Scholarship and Myelodysplastic Syndromes research.
