Bad weather forced the postponement of Cheltenham’s monthly commissioners meeting to tomorrow night. The agenda includes the following:

• The Commissioners will honor Detective James McClelland for his 29 years of service to the department, and for Dispatcher Judith D. Johnson for her 38 years of service. Kenneth Beerger will also be honored for 18 years of service as an EMS paramedicThe Commissioners will also honor Kelly REbitz and Rondalyn Dockery for “their volunteer efforts to knit and crochet items for infants in the NICU at Thomas Jefferson and Einstein Hospitals.”
• The Commissioners are expected to approve a tax increment financing plan for the Elkins Park Estate. A developer seeks to turn the historic property into an upscale hotel and spa.
• There will be a discussion to apply the business privilege tax on real estate leases.

The Commissioners will net at 7:30 P.M. at Curtis Hall.

Meanwhile on TV tomorrow night are new episodes of “The Neighborhood” and “Man with a Plan” on CBS, “The Bachelor” on ABC, “The Voice” on NBC, and “The Masked Singer” on Fox.
