Bill’s Best Brewery in Glenside recently announced plans to expand and upgrade its current offerings.
The microbrewery said it will double its square footage and seating capacity by the end of the summer. The new space, roughly 1,400 square feet, will house all beer production, and the original space, also 1,400 square feet, will be used for seating. The expansion allows for an additional 30 table seats.
Brewing capacity is expected to increase over the next year as well, from one beer barrel to five beer barrels, coupled with the purchase of a canning line. Bill’s Best plans to continue brewing its traditional Czech-, English- and German-style beers, and barrel-aged stouts and sours will also be available after the expansion is complete.

Last but not least, Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 10:00pm will be added to the brewery’s schedule. Currently the microbrewery is open Thursday – Saturday 4:00pm – 10:00pm, and Sunday 2:00pm to 8:00pm. The beer garden is open from Friday to Sunday.
