Each session encourages you to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and serve yourself peace from within. With the support of a welcoming environment, all you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to explore.



If you’ve been longing to restore harmony in your body, mind, and spirit, our studio may be just the path for you. Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Qigong Classes are offered weekly at Violets in Bloom Healing and Holistic Arts at 7906 High School Rd, Elkins Park (Cheltenham Township). Mats and Props are always provided. Free mindfulness meditation on Saturday mornings at 8:30am.
