Arcadia University Fine Arts Professor Greg Moore was recently featured by 6ABC Action News for creating a set of Korean-style dishes for the Philadelphia Museum of Art’s new exhibition titled “Shape of Time: Korean Art after 1989”. 

The exhibit highlights Korean artists after the country lifted travel bans in 1989. It also features an expanded menu created by executive chef Hoon Rhee, with whom Arcadia students worked to learn about Korean pottery.

According to the article, students helped create 80 dishes that will be used at the museum’s in-house restaurant, Stir.
