Arcadia Students Soon to Begin Phase 2 of Glenside Train Station Murals

Back by popular demand, the mural apprenticeship students at Arcadia University, under the guidance of the famed mural artist, David Guinn, are soon to begin Phase two of the Glenside Train Station murals.

The first mural has done wonders for the train station’s under pass and now they are moving on to dress up the other side of Easton Road. Together the students and Guinn will be holding a community forum in the Arcadia Castle’s dining room, this Wednesday, February 26th at 7 p.m.

The artists are looking for your input of ideas, feelings and also any criticism you might have from the previous mural project. In addition, they are seeking more participation from the community to assist in the mural process. You will also be able to watch the students and Guinn, while in production at the Arts Festival on April 21st from 11 a.m. – 5.p.m. Children are also are encouraged to participate during the festival.
