On the agenda for the Wednesday, August 2nd meeting of Cheltenham Township’s Board of Commissioners is the appointment of a new township manager.

From the agenda:

Appointment of a Township Manager and Board Secretary to serve until January 3, 2022, pursuant to Section 701 of the Cheltenham Township Home Rule Charter, and authorization to execute an Agreement to accomplish the same.

The vacancy resulted from the retirement in April of this year of Bryan T. Havir, who served in the position for eight years. Since then, Terry Fedorchak has served in the position on an interim basis.
