Elkins Park’s Angie’s Vietnamese Cuisine just marked its fourth anniversary in vibrant style — with a dragon procession honoring tradition and wishing continued luck for the years ahead. What began as a food truck has grown into a permanent eatery inside Creekside Market & Tap, where guests now gather for comforting, Southeast Asian–inspired dishes rooted in family, memory, and love.
Owner and chef Lyhn credits the food truck hustle with teaching resourcefulness and resilience, while the counter has brought consistency and deeper connections with regulars. “My customers pushed me toward this step. They wanted a permanent spot for me just as much as I did,” she shared.
Looking forward, Lyhn’s vision is clear: to broaden how people experience Southeast Asian cuisine. With a menu designed to spark conversation and curiosity while staying approachable, she hopes the next four years will continue to blend comfort, community, and creativity. Locals are invited to stop by Creekside Market & Tap in Elkins Park to taste for themselves and be part of the growing story.
