Costello’s Ace Hardware is proud to announce the Grand Opening of Costello’s Ace Hardware of Abington, located at 1321 Easton Road in Abington. The Grand Opening celebration will take place Friday, June 26 through Sunday, June 28, with a formal Ribbon/Board Cutting ceremony scheduled for Friday, June 26 at 12 noon.
The new Abington store officially opened on Friday, May 22, following the transformation of a former Rite Aid into an approximately 12,000-square-foot modern Ace Hardware shopping experience. The store brings Ace Hardware Corporation’s latest E3 store layout to the Abington and Roslyn community, with a clean, modern design and expanded access to many of the best brands in the home improvement industry.
Costello’s Ace Hardware of Abington features a Benjamin Moore Paint department, a large Backyard and BBQ department with grills and outdoor cooking products from Weber, Traeger, Big Green Egg, Blackstone, and Ooni, and a power tool and outdoor power equipment department featuring brands such as STIHL, EGO Power Plus, Craftsman, DeWalt, and Milwaukee. Customers will also find trusted brands including YETI, Scotts, Jonathan Green, Rust-Oleum, and many more.

The Abington store is led by Store Manager Jean Irizarry, who is working with her team to create a welcoming, service-focused store for local homeowners, renters, contractors, businesses, and community organizations.

Montco Gateway Chamber is helping lead local outreach for the Grand Opening and Board Cutting ceremony, with support from the Montgomery County Chamber to help invite local officials, civic leaders, business leaders, chamber members, and community partners.
