Abington’s Elementary Track Meet Results Are In

On Friday June 1st Abington School District held their annual elementary school track meet at Abington Senior High School. Roughly 100 students ages 10 to 12 from each of the seven schools  participated. Copper Beech had two teams due to its size.

The annual track meet is a fun event for teachers, students and parents to cheer for their school, students or children. For 50 years Abington’s annual track meet has been a tradition with more than 800 students participating each year.  Students generally begin practicing before or after school in May.
