Abington Township officials announced today that all township pools will open earlier than planned on Wednesday, June 19, through Friday, June 21, due to the extreme heat.

Normal summer pool hours will begin on Saturday, June 22. The modified schedule is below:

Penbryn Pool
Wednesday, June 19: 1 – 7 PM
Friday, June 21: 1 – 7 PM

Crestmont Pool
Thursday, June 20: 1 – 7 PM
Friday, June 21: 1 – 7 PM

Crestmont and Penbryn Pools
June 22 – August 18: 11 AM – 9 PM
August 19 – September 1: 11 AM – 8 PM
September 2: 11 AM – 5 PM
