The Abington Township Police Department announced today that applications are now open for the 2026 Abington Township Police Officer Examination.

“This examination will be used to establish an eligibility list for future police officer appointments,” the department said in a post. “Individuals seeking a professional and rewarding career in public safety are encouraged to apply.”

The submission deadline is Monday, April 21, 2026, at 12:00pm. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted, the department said.
