Khyree H. Carter Conix, 32, of Philadelphia, was sentenced to 5 to 20 years in prison for sexually assaulting a teenage girl in Upper Dublin Township on November 8, 2024, The Pottstown Mercury reported.

According to their coverage, Carter Conix received a felony charge of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with someone under 16.

The investigation began in December 2024 after the girl told investigators she met Carter Conix in the spring of 2024 while she and a friend were walking in Ambler, The Mercury said. Carter Conix allegedly approached the girl and asked for her number, after which they communicated via text messages and FaceTime. During their conversations over the next several months, Carter Conix showed the girl his genitals and convinced her to show him her body parts.

On November 8, 2024, Carter Conix drove the girl and her 13-year-old friend to a parking lot near Camp Hill Road in Upper Dublin where he had sexual contact with the girl while the friend was in the back seat, according to the friend’s testimony.
