The Roslyn Fire Company announced that crews assisted the Fort Washington Fire Company No. 1 with a large mulch fire at a local outdoor landscape supply yard on Saturday, April 11.

“Employees on site did a great job using excavators to smother much of the main mulch pile, while crews from Roslyn and Fort Washington focused on flowing water on a secondary pile along the woodline to prevent further extension,” the post said.
